Overview of the project
Mirador La Coleccion stands as an upscale villa community situated along La Coleccion Avenue in Arabian Ranches. The community boasts a collection of 157 Spanish-style villas, with 45 units offering scenic golf course views and the rest overlooking the park. These villas range from 4 to 7 bedrooms.
Recognizing that the landscaping required an update, we embarked on a refurbishment project. The pool underwent a transformation, with the replacement of small mosaics with larger 60×60 sukabumi porcelain tiles in a shaded green hue, resulting in an aqua-green water appearance with minimal grout. The expansive pool is enhanced by RGB color-changing lights, creating a visually stunning effect. An attached water feature adds to the ambiance, producing a soothing sound reminiscent of a resort setting.

Adjacent to the pool, a pergola provides a delightful poolside space housing a generously sized bar and BBQ area. This outdoor kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining friends and family, featuring a Cal Flame P 4-burner grill, LA Fontana wood-fired pizza oven, drop-in ice chest, sink, drawers, and ample storage.
The pergola’s ceiling is adorned with disco lights, transforming the space into a vibrant dance floor. Positioned just outside the living room, the pergola offers a seamless transition for casual meetings or morning coffee sessions. Conveniently located near the pool steps, the shower and sun loungers area provides a relaxing retreat for residents and guests.
Overall, our aim is to create the perfect home resort experience for our clients. Our attention to detail extends to the outdoor lighting, which highlights the villa’s facade with up-down lights and creates a charming ambiance with small star-like ground lights along the stepping stones. The concealed LED strip lights in the pergola ceiling, coupled with spotlights, offer versatility in lighting options for various occasions.
