Residential Pool Renovation Design

The existing lagoon-shaped pool was a central feature of the villa but felt dated and visually disconnected from the surrounding outdoor spaces. The challenge was to retain the pool’s organic form for budget efficiency while elevating its aesthetics, safety, and integration within a newly zoned, modern landscape layout.

Milestone redefined the pool through material refinement and contextual design. The lagoon pool was resurfaced with blue mosaic tiles to enhance depth and clarity, while limestone copings introduced a clean, contemporary edge that complemented the villa’s Spanish-modern character. The pool was carefully integrated into surrounding dining, lounging, and fireline zones, ensuring intuitive circulation and visual continuity. Layered lighting was incorporated to highlight water movement and create a calm evening ambience.

The renewed pool now anchors the entire landscape experience — inviting, elegant, and effortlessly functional. It supports both relaxed family use and social gatherings, offering a resort-like atmosphere within a residential setting. The transformation reflects Milestone Dubai’s strength in elevating existing structures through thoughtful design, precision detailing, and long-term usability.
