The goal was to transform a vast, underutilized outdoor area into a cohesive sanctuary that reflects the rhythm of modern family life. The design needed to balance grandeur with intimacy — creating zones that feel equally suited for entertainment and quiet reflection.
Milestone sculpted the layout with precision and warmth. The 25-meter lap pool becomes the spine of the landscape, framed by dual pergolas for dining and lounging. A fireline feature introduces drama and glow, while the water feature and ambient lighting add texture and movement. Natural stone, timber, and tropical planting were layered to soften geometry and create fluid visual flow.
